| Review: Paid extra to have documents posted out which never happened could possibly have been a one off but my boyfriend who ordered seperately also did not receive his in post OR an email confirming his booking, nothing on his bank statement to suggest payment had been taken so took out policy through boots then when we returned from holiday 'go travel' had taken a payment whilst we were on holiday !!! Didn't respond to emails and to this day neither of us have recieved the confirmation letters we paid extra for ! Would not use again. |

| Review: BEWARE OF SMALL PRINT my camera was stolen whilst in baggage with airline and insurance company wouldnt cover it ...very small print states that unless on your person or in a safe your not covered so beware PLEASE READ YOUR COVER CAREFULLY cheap insurance but nasty cover |

| Review: Simple website with no complicated forms to fill in. Cash back added within a couple of days and policy documents arrived as requested. Policy documents can also be downloaded direct at the time of purchase which is a great service (even though I didn't use it).
Would use again. |

| Review: This is the cheapest travel insurance that I found online. I got a quote a week ago and again today, and my quote was actually less, so I've taken the insurance out. I can't say what they're like when it comes to a claim, but the insurance benefits looked to be very good. |
