| Review: Ordered flowers for mother in law and plant for my mother for Mother's Day. Unfortunately due to a problem with the website, the wrong flowers were added, I emailed them to get it sorted at 9pm. At 8.20am next day they phoned me to apologise and that they had changed the order to what I wanted - customer service at it's best. I would recommend them. |

| Review: My experience with them wasn't so good -they are quite pricey so I expected better quality. One plant was in very poor condition when it arrived - the other didn't arrive at all. Good rate of cashback though and quickly credited. |

| Review: After placing a small order I changed my mind and wanted to double the it but didn't want incur double the postage. So I emailed them and within the hour I got a phone call and the order was doubled.....What great service!
Plus the items were £5 cheaper per roll!
