| Review: I've never had a problem when buying products from Apple. They always appear when they say they will, and if they will be late, they will let you know. I've never had to return any goods. Once had to send a laptop back for a repair, and it was fixed no questions asked. Still works to this day. All prices are competitive too. |

| Review: I shop online all the time - but I have to say shopping at Apple store was one of the best experiences yet! Not only did they confirm my order via email within seconds, they sent me updates throughout the whole process - so one to tell me it had been processed, another to say the item had been moved ready for shipping, a third to say it had been shipped, then on the following day (just after my order had arrived - within 24 hours no less) they sent an email saying I had received my order and checking everything was OK! Good old fashioned customer service - from one of the most modern, technical companies around. I will shop with them more often and you should too! |
