| Review: I RECENTLY LOST MY SERVICE DUE TO LINE PROBLEMS WITH BT. GETTING THROUGH TO TALK TALK WAS A NIGHTMARE. I WAS OFF FOR THREE WEEKS SO, AFTER FIVE YEARS WITH THEM, I DECIDED TO RETURN TO BT. IT SEEMS THAT AS TALK TALK ONLY RENT THE LINE THEN BT DOESN'T ALWAYS PUT THEMSELVES OUT. BT TOOK OVER THE LINE ON 13TH OF THIS MONTH BUT TALK TALK HAVE BILLED ME FOR THE WHOLE MONTH. I EMAILED THEM AND SO FAR THEY HAVE IGNORED ME. I AM NOT SUPRISED THEY HAVE RECENTLY BEEN FINED FOR THIS SORT OF THING |

| Review: I have also been a customer for about 3 years..when i first signed up i could'nt give my mac code to anyone so after lots of phone calls and letter i sent it recorded delivery (i thought to myself mabe a glitch in the system).hehe... don't get me wrong the broadband works the trouble is if u have a problem ...There customer service sucks big time...and techincal help could be better run by my hamster..
i advise to stay clear of them! |

| Review: Ive been a talk talk customer for 3 years, and have always been extremely happy with the service received. However, several months ago i tried to upgrade my account to receive the free broadband. Over two months later, and i am still waiting for this. i have made numerous calls to their customer service to resolve this issue to no avail. The actual advice you receive depends upon the individual who answers the call, and quite often contradicts the information given previously. I am so disgusted with talk talk that i am now taking my custom elsewhere.
I would avoid talk talk at all costs, they cannot deliver the service that they are advertising, their customer service is terrible. Its only a shame you cannot give a rating lower that 1 star! |

| Review: I've been with TalkTalk for both my phone and broadband for a while now and it's great! The broadband is good, plus I'm saving loads compared to my old provider. I recommend it! |

| Review: I have only rated 3 stars because of their customer service.I must say I have been a customer for some time now and find their telephone and broadband excellent.But customer service awful also another bad thing is that if you change address you have to sign another 18 month contract.If you have to do this make sure you pay your last bill at your old address because they forget you have moved and keep sending the mail for you old address there where it is then put in the hand of a debt collector who tell you you have 3 days before they take you to court.Maybe It should be 2 STARS as they do not even answer their emails.BUT I WOULD RECOMEND FOR THEIR PHONE AND BROADBAND |
