| Review: ordered a jacket from them before xmas got an email to say it was despatched waited it did not come got a letter 2 weeks later to say it was out of stock and i would get a refund the refund never came i had to email them about it and still waiting for it |

| Review: debenhams has one of the best services around the high street today. i was veyr happy with the helpful staff instore as well as there realiablity online. Delivery was veyr short and up to a good standard and i was very glad with the service i received. Overall i think these are a top class retailer which offer a great service to all. |
